Open a ticketSupport runs out of Discord, in English, and it's one person — so answers come when we're awake rather than within a promised number of hours. Most questions are answered the same day.
Include your server's public IP and which mod it is. That alone resolves most "it won't start" tickets.
Requests to see, correct or delete the data we hold don't need a Discord account — use the email address above if there is one, or a ticket if you'd rather. Either way it's handled by hand. See the Privacy Policy for what we actually store.
If you find a hole in the site or in a mod, tell us before you tell anyone else and we'll fix it. You'll get credit if you want it.
